JOB TITLE: MAJOR ACCOUNT SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sell top quality business communications
systems in the Houston-Galveston-NASA area. Systems include Mitel and NEC
PBX and Key telephone systems both TDM and IP, Full Voice over IP Systems,
Active Voice - Voice Mail and Speech Verification Systems, Voice and Data
Cabling, ACD, Call Centers and Call Routing Systems.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must have a successful track record of 4
plus years in outside sales to medium and large business customers. Must be
technically capable, be familiar with modern VoIP,
Digital telephone systems and voice processing equipment. Must be computer
literate, be a self starter with exceptional selling skills, particularly
prospecting, qualifying and closing new business. HTIS’ primary products

JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS
SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include taking incoming Service calls,
Dispatching and Managing Technicians, Quote pricing for small projects,
Review large cable projects based on floor plans and provide pricing
Quotes. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIAN
JOB DESCRIPTION: Install, service and maintain Mitel and NEC TDM and
VoIP PBX and Key systems, Active Voice - Voice Mail and CTI systems and
Voice/Data cabling systems. Operate company service vehicle within a
75-mile radius of Houston,
Texas.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must have more than just a working
knowledge of key and PBX systems both TDM and VoIP as well as good PC
skills and Network/VoIP knowledge. Must have factory certification on at
least some PBX and key systems. NEC 2000, 2400 would be a plus. Applicant
must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER
TRAINER / COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION: Gather system database information from customer
prior to installation; train the Operator on properly operating front desk
console. Train all station users on how to use the desk phone and all
features. When not training or coordinating, assist Operations in dispatch
and service.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must project a professional image, with
good communication and language skills. Should have some experience in
public speaking. Prior training experience would be a plus.
