In an emergency, HTIS guarantees its 2-hour on-site response time or the customer is reimbursed $1,000.00 (some restrictions may apply).
  • In a non-emergency situation, HTIS guarantees its on-site response time or the customer's warranty or maintenance period is extended by an additional month at no cost.
  • HTIS guarantees to begin any request for parts or labor within one business week or the customer receives a 10% discount.
  • HTIS guarantees that a customer's Maintenance Contract will never be cancelled by HTIS for any reason other than non-payment.
