products carry a 5-YEAR warranty.
- Nationwide Service: Few
competitors can match our national service. As a member of NECSI
equipment & communication system integrators, we routinely install
and service telecom systems throughout the U.S. and Canada. With 358
service centers strategically located, it makes national service as
easy as local service.
- Most Vendors claim that
they will respond to an emergency situation within 2 hours. What
happens if they don't? Nothing... because there is no penalty for
non-performance. Not so with HTIS. In an emergency, HTIS guarantees
its 2-hour on-site response time or the customer is reimbursed
$1,000.00 (some restrictions may apply).
- In a non-emergency
situation, HTIS guarantees its on-site response time or the customer's
warranty or maintenance period is extended by an additional month at
no cost.
- HTIS guarantees to begin
any request for parts or labor within one business week or the customer
receives a 10% discount.
- HTIS guarantees that a
customer's Maintenance Contract will never be cancelled by HTIS for
any reason other than non-payment.
