To ensure that your technical support requests are handled in the proper way, HTIS, Inc. has the following guidelines: Ø Non-emergency requests during business hours (M-F 8:00AM to 5:00 PM) should be e-mailed to service@htis.com, which will broadcast your request to the technical support team. If your Internet service is down, please call 713-462-0977 and speak “Service Department”, or press 250. Ø Emergency requests during business hours (M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM): call 713-462-0977 and speak “Service Department”, or press 250. Ø Non-emergency requests after business hours and on weekends should be e-mailed to service@htis.com, which will be handled on the next business day. Ø Emergency requests after business hours and on weekends: call 713-462-0977 and place an emergency service request. An alert will be sent to our on-call technical support immediately. Ø Warranty and Maintenance Agreement emergency request response time is one (1) hour to return your call and four (4) hours to arrive on-site. Non-emergency request response time is eight (8) business hours to return to call. Ø
